PRODUCT

Each piece is handmade may have slight variations in color, texture and finish. These are not considered flaws. Although every effort is made to portray the item accurately, actual colors and tint depend on the calibration of your computer display. I do my best to give accurate photos and a full description of the items. Please read each product's description for sizes, colors, and materials. Review the shipping terms before you go ahead with the purchase.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In the event of an improper fit the item may be exchanged for the proper size. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom work cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be submitted once returned merchandise is received back from buyer in original condition.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order you have 24 hours from when you placed that order to cancel.

REPAIRS

MotherOfRoselynn jewelry is handmade with love and care. Although each piece is durable, it must be stored properly and gently handled to extend its life.
If for any reason during the life of your purchase, the piece needs repair, please contact me via email.

Your MotherOfRoselynn jewelry will be repaired free of charge for 6 months from purchase date. Shipping charges both ways are to be covered by the buyer. If you have a piece past 6 months there will be an additional charge.
